In this web site, the following functions can be performed:

1. List all private buildings in 18 districts of Hong Kong.
2. Show the detailed information of each building including building's name, estate's name, number of storeys, number of basement, number of units, year built, address and the name of building organization.
3. Search the private buildings by different attributes including district, building's name, estate's name, street's name, number of street, number of storeys, number of units, year built, existance of building organization. Users can supply one or more attributes during the search.
4. The search results can be sorted by name of building, address or incorporated owners in ascending or descending order.

List All Buildings

Below is a sample screen showing the result of "List All Buildings" function.

1. If users want to view buildings of different district, the users can select the district pull down menu on the top right.
2. Users can select different page to view.
3. Users can sort the result by clicking the "up" arrow or the "down" arrow.
4. Users can view the building's details by clicking the correspondent building's name or address.
   

Show Details of a Building

Below is a sample screen showing the "Details of a building".

It will display the district, name of building, name of estate, no. of storey, no. of basement, no. of units, year built, address and building organization's name and type.

Search Building

Below is a sample screen showing the "Search Building function".

1. Users can search a building by District, Name of Building, Name of Estate, Name of Street, Street No., No. of Storeys, No. of Units, Year Built or Organization Type.
2. After inputting the search criteria, the users can click the Search Button to get the result.

1. The number of records found will show at the bottom of search result table.
   
2. Users can select different page to view.
   
3. Users can sort the result by clicking the "up" arrow or the "down" arrow.
   
4. Users can view the building's details by clicking the correspondent building's name or address.
